Last night's triumphs include-

Gym:Kate and I went to the gym yesterday, took our careful time stretching, and starting doing balance exercises. We then did our cardio, and I am happy to report a new personal best of running 23 minutes without stopping (2 miles!) I did 2 and 1/3 mile in 35 minutes. As in that's what I'm eating for... brunch I guess? Well it was 11am when I started this entry so it felt early for it but I had no food in my apartment last night. None. I went!

Then I got home late, and had to go to bed. Next morning I woke up, came to work and was hit with a HUGE FUNK that has thankfully passed ( you guys are so awesome! <3). In the midst of all my moping, I never made a recap post!

Last night jennerose and I tried to go out to happy hour and then managed to find probably the only place in The Domain that DIDN'T have a happy hour. Ah well. We had a nice dinner besides, went to Half Price Books, and then got a beer but I was so wiped and so spaced that I think I was home by 9:30. I know I was in bed by 11:30. Today the BBB and I all went to the Austin Zoo to volunteer, and even though "volunteering" meant "shovel poop" it was actually kind of a fun time. Because I am smart I refused to get anywhere near the pig pens and instead spent time playing with the pygmy goats.
